Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 October 2026

1. Who we are

C-Suite India ("we", "us") operates csuiteindia.com, an independent leadership-news platform. For any privacy question, write to contact@csuiteindia.com.

2. What we collect

Information you submit. When you use a form on this site — contacting our desk, an executive or company enquiry, an event waitlist request, or subscribing to The Sunday Roundup — we receive the details you enter (typically your name, email address, organisation and message). Form submissions are delivered to our editorial inbox.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard request logs, including IP addresses, for security and delivery of the site.

3. How we use it

We use submitted information only to respond to your enquiry, evaluate announcements against our editorial verification standard, administer event waitlists, and send The Sunday Roundup to subscribers. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to any third party.

4. Who processes it for us

Submissions are transmitted using Web3Forms and delivered to our Gmail inbox (Google). Hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare. Website usage is measured with Google Analytics (Google). Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms, solely to provide its service to us.

5. Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) for this measurement. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of our own. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Our hosting provider may process technical request data strictly to deliver and secure the site.

6. Retention

Form submissions are retained in our editorial inbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and maintain editorial records. Newsletter addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

7. Your rights

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion, by writing to contact@csuiteindia.com. We respond to verified requests promptly, and always within a reasonable period required by applicable law.

8. Editorial information

Our news coverage concerns publicly announced leadership appointments and is based on primary public sources (exchange filings, company announcements and executives' own announcements). If published information about you is factually incorrect, contact us for correction or removal — see our FAQ for the process.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with its revision date.
